Za’atar Hummus
ZA’ATAR HUMMUS
Homemade hummus is really the absolute best! I refuse to buy it now bc it is too easy to make. Here’s my simple go to recipe! Za’atar Hummus
Ingredients
1 can of organic chickpeas, drained
1/4 cup of tahini
1 lemon juiced
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Za’atar seasoning
2 tbsp EVOO
3 tbsp of cold water
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Garnish with a drizzle of EVOO and a sprinkle of Za’atar seasoning.
Serve with your fave veggies and crackers ... or make hummus toast and top with cherry tomatoes, EBTB seasoning, and fresh herbs. My fave healthy gluten free crackers are Ella’s flats and Mary’s gone crackers. I used my Ninja Foodi blender for the hummus, and it was my best hummus yet! Perfectly smooth consistency.
