Don’t be intimidated by kelp noodles.  The texture is great and they really don’t have much of a flavor.  They’re also super low calorie/ carb… but here are the real reasons you should eat them!

  1. Sea vegetables like kelp are high in antioxidants & extremely nutrient dense, making them an amazing overall health boosting food.  Antioxidants fight inflammation & oxidative stress, which can help to improve cardiovascular health & aid in preventing types of cancer.

  2. Kelp is also one of the best natural food sources of iodine which is great for supporting a healthy metabolism as well as balancing hormones.. as it plays a crucial role in producing thyroid hormones.

  3. Brain & energy boosting vitamins and minerals are also abundant in this hero food.. like vitamin A, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, and folate.

  4. So if you’re unsure about trying kelp… just remember it’s a damn superhero of a food!
