Pumpkin Spice Cashew Milk

Instead of buying those $8 lattes that have 30+ grams of sugar, let’s make homemade pumpkin spice cashew milk, so you can have healthier pumpkin spice lattes right at home. Add to your matcha, chai, coffee, or your favorite coffee alternative!
Ingredients
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
4 cups water
Method
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for about 2 minutes.
Pour into a glass jar and store it in the fridge.
Shake well before using and use for your favorite latte!
