Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl
PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE BOWL
It’s officially Fall, which means pumpkin content is fully appropriate! This recipe just feels right, since it’s still pretty warm in NY. Not gonna lie, I have made this recipe a few times already for breakfast… and it’s honestly so good that I would totally eat it for dessert too!
Ingredients
1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
1 Frozen banana
1/2 cup Nut milk
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
1 pitted date (sub tbsp honey or maple syrup)
Topping:
granola, pecans, pumpkin pie spice
Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Add fave toppings! I used purely Elizabeth pumpkin cinnamon granola, pecans, and extra pumpkin pie spice
