Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding
Happy October! Celebrating with a little festive pumpkin breakfast! This one is great for meal prep and it’s got lots of healthy fats and fiber to keep you full.
Ingredients
3 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flax
1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp Maple syrup
2 tbsp pecans
Method
Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl and mix. Let it sit for about 15 mins or leave in the fridge overnight.
Top with extra pecans when you’re ready to eat it.
Easy to throw together and super yummy!
