This is light, refreshing, flavorful, nutritious… all the things you want in this heat! Plus it’s so simple to make and requires no cooking at all! Perfect app or snack, or serve it as a side dish! Make it this weekend to stay cool! You won’t miss the fish, promise!
Ingredients
1 small tomato diced
1/3 red onion diced
1 Mango chopped
1 Jalepeno minced
1 can Hearts of palm chopped
1 Avocado chopped
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
Juice of 2 limes
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Method
Add everything to a big bowl and give it a good toss!
Serve with your fave chips or a long side some grilled chicken or fish!
