Matcha Pistachio Smoothie

Matcha and pistachio is an elite flavor combination, and you cannot convince me otherwise!  This smoothie really packs it all in and makes for the perfect energizing breakfast that will leave you feeling full and satisfied for hours.  Add this smoothie to your breakfast rotation to support a healthy gut and blood sugar balance!

Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp pistachios
1 tsp matcha
1/3 banana
Handful of Spinach
1/4 of a Zucchini
1/4 Avocado
1 date
3/4- 1 cup of water


Method

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.  Add more water until it’s your desired consistency.
