Matcha Chip Smoothie Bowl

 

MATCHA CHIP SMOOTHIE BOWL

With the weather really turning up in NY, I’m really craving more smoothies and juices.  I still love to get in my matcha and this is a super refreshing and nutritious way to do it!  You get a full serving of veggies in this that you won’t even notice! 

Ingredients

1 tsp matcha
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of frozen spinach
1 tbsp ground flax
1 cup pistachio milk (or other nut milk)
Splash of water
1 scoop of collagen or protein powder
1 date

Topping:
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Method

  • Blend all ingredients together.

  • Pour into a bowl and top with cacao nibs and coconut flakes.
