Matcha Chip Chia Pudding

If you like matcha, you're going to love this matcha chip chia pudding! If you know me, you know matcha and chia pudding are 2 obsessions of mine!  Finally got around to this new creation combining them both…. Gave it a little protein boost to make it a balanced and energizing breakfast or snack!

Ingredients
2 tbsp chia seeds 
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp matcha
1 1/4 cup almond milk

Toppings: granola & cacao nibs


Method

  • Add all dry ingredients to a container or jar and give it a good stir 

  • Add almond milk, mix and shake.

  • Place in the fridge overnight.

  • Add to a dish and sprinkle with your toppings!

    I used Matchaful grain free matcha cacao mint granola, which is so good and obviously the perfect topping!
