Maple Pecan Banana Bread
MAPLE PECAN BANANA BREAD
Banana bread will never get old, let’s face it! It’s a classic, and there’s endless possibilities of new combos. This one is pretty legit- plus it’s vegan, gluten free, and healthy!
Ingredients
2 over ripe bananas
3 flax eggs
2 tbsp applesauce
1/3 cup pecan butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp chopped pecans
Method
Preheat oven to 350. Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
Mash banana in a large bowl. Add in applesauce, pecan butter, and maple syrup. Mix well. Add in almond flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix until ingredients are combined well.
Add the mix to the bread pan and sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.
Place in the oven and cook for 45 minutes.
Let cool and cut into slices. Enjoy!
