I’ve been thinking a lot lately about adding olive oil to smoothies, which inspired me to make this because I love a good lemon olive oil cake. Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup frozen riced cauli
1 cup frozen spinach
2 tbsp ground flax
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp maca power
Lemon zest + lemon juice (start with a small amount you can always add more)
1 1/2 cups of water or nut milk
1 tbsp EVOO
Method
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 pretty glasses and top off with a drizzle of EVOO.
