Golden Milk Mango Smoothie
GOLDEN MILK MANGO SMOOTHIE
This has been one of my new favorite smoothie creations! It’s super refreshing and nutritious… loaded with anti-inflammatory, immune boosting ingredients, and antioxidants.
Ingredients:
1 cup of frozen mango chunks
1/2 frozen banana
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp ground flax
1 cup nut milk
1 scoop collagen peptides
Pinch ground black pepper
Squeeze of lemon
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
PS- I know black pepper sounds weird, but this is needed for turmeric to be absorbed into the blood stream! You probably won’t even notice it.
