Looking for a new banana bread recipe?! Look no further….this one is loaded up with protein, healthy fats, and anti-inflammatory spices! Vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar free without compromising taste or texture, so they’re something everyone can enjoy!
Ingredients
2 bananas
1/3 cup + 1 tbs coconut oil
3/4 cup plant based milk
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tbsp acv
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 3/4 cups gluten free all purpose flour
2 oz plant based protein powder
3 tsp A Spice Affair golden booster (or any golden latte mix)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup hemp hearts
Method
Add wet ingredients, plus coconut sugar to a large bowl and mix until combined. 〰️〰️Then add chia seeds and set aside.
Add dry ingredients (except hemp hearts) to a bowl and mix.
Add dry ingredients to the bowl with wet ingredients and mix well.
Add in hemp hearts and mix again.
Scoop out to lined or greased muffin tin.
Bake at 415 for 5 minutes
Lower heat to 350 and bake for 15 minutes.
