Crunchy Fresh Fish Tacos

These tacos are the perfect summer taco combo for a hot summer day!  They are hydrating, crunchy, gut loving, grain free, and full of fresh flavor!  

Ingredients
Jicama Tortillas
Wild caught cod
Taco seasoning (I use siete foods)
Raw Sauerkraut (I like Hawthorne valley)
Pico Salsa
Avocado
Lime
Cilantro
Hot sauce (I like Hawthorne valley)


Method

  • Season your fish with taco seasoning and cook however you like!  I baked cod in the oven at 400 for about 15-20 minutes. 

  • Build your Tacos with everything above!
