Creamy Green Protein Smoothie
This green smoothie will make you fall in love with having greens for breakfast! Plus, it’s absolutely packed with healthy fats, fiber, and protein for a perfectly balanced breakfast.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Spinach
1 Kiwi (pealed)
1/3 of an avocado
1/2 banana
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2-1 cup liquid of choice (water, coconut water, or plant milk)
Method
Add everything to a blender and blend until super smooth and creamy!
*Pro Tip: I love using frozen fruits and veggies in my smoothies, you can buy frozen spinach at the grocery store, and peel and freeze your bananas in halves!
