Breakfast Tacos

Who doesn’t love tacos?! They are so versatile and simple- yet always so satsifying, and it’s quite easy to make your own healthy versions at home.  This literally couldn’t be easier, plus it’s a well balanced meal you can truly enjoy any time of day- breakfast, lunch, or dinner!  These come together in just a few mins!

Ingredients
2 x Siete almond flour tortillas
2 pasture raised eggs
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/3 of avocado sliced
Handful of microgreens
Pinch of pink himalayan salt
Hot sauce or sriracha 

Method

  • cramble your eggs with the belle peppers.

  • Heat the tortillas.

  • Build your tacos by adding sliced avocado, microgreens, eggs, black beans, and a drizzle of hot sauce tortillas!
