Who doesn’t love tacos?! They are so versatile and simple- yet always so satsifying, and it’s quite easy to make your own healthy versions at home. This literally couldn’t be easier, plus it’s a well balanced meal you can truly enjoy any time of day- breakfast, lunch, or dinner! These come together in just a few mins!
Ingredients
2 x Siete almond flour tortillas
2 pasture raised eggs
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/3 of avocado sliced
Handful of microgreens
Pinch of pink himalayan salt
Hot sauce or sriracha
Method
cramble your eggs with the belle peppers.
Heat the tortillas.
Build your tacos by adding sliced avocado, microgreens, eggs, black beans, and a drizzle of hot sauce tortillas!
