Banana Bread Chia Pudding
BANANA BREAD CHIA PUDDING
In the mood for banana bread? Who isn’t right?! This recipe is easy, quick, yummy, and healthy! Oh and it doesn’t require any baking!!
Ingredients
1 banana
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup nut milk
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
Method
Add chia seeds, ground flax, cinnamon maple syrup and nut milk to a bowl.
Add 1/2 of the banana, mash, and mix ingredients well.
Add 1 tbsp of chopped walnuts to mixture and let sit for 20 minutes or overnight in a container.
Slice the other half of the banana and add slices and the rest of the walnuts to the top of the pudding.
Sprinkle with extra cinnamon.
Chia seeds are great for digestion, energy, and blood sugar regulation. Flaxseeds promote heart health and brain function. Both are rich in fiber and magnesium!
